Rhonda Pierson-DeLorenzo, Vice President, Branch Manager at Flushing Bank, received the Long Island Power Women in Business award for 2017.

Presented by Schneps Communications on November 30, 2017, she was among 48 other incredible women from across both Nassau and Suffolk counties who received this honor. Chosen by her colleagues at Flushing, Rhonda excels in providing clients with incredible service on a daily basis.

Rhonda joined Flushing Bank for the RXR Plaza location in January 2015 and instituted the Technical Innovation and the Universal Banker models that have changed the banking industry. Before working at Flushing Bank she held numerous roles at Citibank N.A and other financial institutions.

She is a Advisory Board Member for the Ronald McDonald House of Long Island and an active member of the Uniondale Chamber of Commerce where she was amongst the first top corporate executives to support small business and community growth initiatives in the greater Uniondale area.
