The Uniondale Chamber of Commerce and the Town of Hempstead officially welcomes the newest restaurant to the Uniondale community with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Jersey Mike's Subs makes it's debut this week right in time for fantastic Spring weather. Known for their fresh sliced, authentic Northeast- American style sub sandwiches on fresh baked bread.
