With the Nassau County Veterans Memorial Coliseum development finally on the horizon, the Uniondale Chamber of Commerce has begun a survey study compiling a database of all local workers and businesses in the greater Uniondale area who are interested and qualified for pre-construction, construction, and after construction opportunities. The study of the Uniondale business and workforce community is on-going and has been made possible in part by Hofstra University and its Center for Civic Engagement.
