At a public education session on the Uniondale Community Land Trust Leg. Siela Bynoe confirmed the County received the necessary approval from the state to go forward with its Land Bank. However, there are no provisions in the Majority bill for affordability or sustainability. What will this mean for the fate of hundreds of homes and their communities? U-CLT hopes to partner with Hofstra University's Center for Suburban Studies to help the County draft it's by-laws to ensure the protection of all residents and homeowners of Nassau County.
